Kasia and I (Boris) organise together this third Yoga retreat, but it is allready the 21st one in this place for Kasia!
She is passionated as me and we fastly discover we have to organise event together.
Our previous yoga retreat were great success.
We also decide to continue and to propose this offer more often.
I was honored to propose my ayurveda massage to the participant who appreciate the relaxation during the weekend.
Please find below more details about this experience full of
Fresh Air
Yoga
Healthy food
Massage
Wild Walk
And meditation in a quiet area
I invite you to join us and discover a new place for relaxation.
Time for walks or bikes in the valleys along mountain streams or on trails with panoramic views on the Tatras, for therapeutic bathing in hot springs.
Autum and beginning of winter is the Ayurvedic season for Vata (a combination of air and ether).
The air temperature falls, there are a lot of changes in the air: wind and cold.
If we can recognize and respond to these environmental changes, we will be able to maintain a functional homeostasis, an ideal equilibrium of the doshas within our bodies.
We need to adjust our food regimen: warm, freshly prepared meals with warming spices.
Meals need to be served at regular times and in a nice, peaceful atmosphere.
During this time, balancig yoga asanas, deep relaxation, and meditation support physiological and psychological health.
10 minutes driving from heer you will find Chochołowskie Termy: a complex of 11 pools with hot spring water, mineral pools, solt caves and saunas.
This is an additional attraction for all those interested.
We invite both beginners and those who would like to go deeper in them practice to join us for this 3 days of relaxation.
No Phone allowed in the common rooms!
For the respect of each other and for a real disconnection during the retreat, we ask you to not use your cell phone in the common rooms:
