This is the combo of our Retreat in Galicia for a relax riding week, one hour driving from Santiago de Compostela.
In one of the most spectacular place in Galicia, Surfhouse Cedeira is located in the North East of Spain.
The surfhouse is in the heart of Cedeira, wonderful small fishermans town, close to beautiful surf beaches as Ferrolterra, Villarrube, Pantin, Valdoviño, Campelo…
The surroundings are one of the last virgin place in Europe.
They are known for natural landscapes, wild beaches, eucalyptus forest, unique cliffs.

Accommodated in a surfhouse nearby the beach, you will be surrounded buy surf, yoga and wellness passionate people.

Yoga’s side
Boris, teacher during the retrat has a 200 Yoga Teacher training class from Ashram Sivananda in Val Morin Québec.
It is about Hatha Yoga with some variations in the flow to customise the practice.
This Yoga is based on the 5 points :
– Proper Exercices
– Proper Breathing
– Propere Relaxation
– Proper Diet
– Meditation and positive thinking
You will enjoy during the week to practice meditation.
Ayurveda and massage’s side
Boris is also ayurveda masseur.
Learining in Yogsansara School in Paris with Rajeev Pant, an indian master in Ayurveda and Yoga.
He propose relaxing massages, adapted to the body constitution of each person.
The benefits of this massages: anti-stress, anti-tiredness, improving inner beauty, anti-wrickles, skin hydratation …
This massages will be allowed in the free time:
Back/ Hair / Face massage 30 minutes : 20€
Face massage with Saffron oil 30 minutes: 30€
Abhyanga (all body massage with ayurveda oil) : 40€ 1 hour, 50€ 1,5 hour
The day after and before Yoga:
During the free times, you can enjoy for massage, surf and other acvities as
2 hours surfing class,
Kayak,
Wild hikings,
Paddle…

THE NOMAD OFFICE organises team buildings, week holidays and retreat “Coworking & Holidays” for coworkers, freelances and startups with a lot of vitamins!!
The retreat is open to nomads workers interested buy the combo of work and spare time.
The surfhouse has go a nice office for the serious time.
